What a breath of fresh air! Recently we had same day service for a broken shower handle. Chris and Owen were courteous, professional and patient. They reset the crooked shower fixture, increased flow to the shower head and replaced the leaking cartridge. Made sure no leaks anywhere when done. All the while taking on and off the booties they provided so as to keep the floor clean. They were helpful and answered my questions. We are giddy with a functional shower control handle that is straight after 7 years. We are delighted to have had this referral and will be confident to share!

I can’t say enough about Mark’s plumbing. They were just wonderful. We were closing on a Monday and they made sure all the work was completed that the town of Amherst had wanted done with the sewers and the downspouts on my home. I was extremely impressed with the overall experience when working with Mark’s Plumbing. Mary responds and books quickly while Owen and Chris provide great work. We own a house built in the 50s which can lead to some needed plumbing work/modifications. The original job was for fixing a tub drain which ended up being a larger project due to old style plumbing (drum trap pictured). From that first appointment, we used Mark’s several times for a utility sink faucet replacement, 1/2 bath replacement toilet flange, new shut off valve, and supply lines. I would highly recommend to anyone that is in need of plumbing work. The pricing was fair and work was excellent!
